Manage contract scope, budget, schedule, resources, and risk for a portfolio of multi-discipline engineering projects and task orders; prepare monthly status reports covering scope, risk, schedule, budget, and resources.

Oversee engineering deliverables for quality, code compliance, and standard of care; ensure project safety plans, quality assurance plans, and environmental, land use, and permitting requirements are met, including engineering seal requirements.
Lead competitive bids and qualifications for multi-discipline proposals, including MSAs; support business development and capture activities for larger opportunities.
Serve as the program-level contact for clients and stakeholders; lead meetings, resolve cross-project conflicts, manage expectations, and plan and lead site visits and field coordination as needed.
Mentor project managers and engineering staff, support onboarding and training, and promote best practices and lessons learned across projects.
