Your Role: SharePoint Administrator II
The SharePoint Administrator II is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the organization's Microsoft SharePoint environment. This mid-level role works independently on routine tasks and collaborates with senior staff on complex projects, serving as a primary point of contact for user support and site management
What You’ll Do
Administer and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server environments, including site collections, permissions, and content management
Create and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts based on business requirements
Manage user access, security groups, and permission levels in alignment with organizational policies
Monitor system performance, storage usage, and proactively resolve issues
Provide Tier 2 technical support to end users, troubleshooting SharePoint-related issues in a timely manner
Develop and maintain documentation including SOPs, user guides, and configuration records
Assist in the planning and execution of migrations, upgrades, and integrations with Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate)
Enforce governance policies and best practices for SharePoint usage across the organization
What You Bring
Required:
3+ years of hands-on SharePoint administration experience
Proficiency with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 admin centers
Solid understanding of SharePoint permissions, site architecture, and content types
Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus
Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD and user provisioning
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Preferred:
Microsoft 365 Certifications a plus
Experience with SharePoint migration tools
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell)
