What You’ll Do

Gain real life supply chain experience by supporting our Procurement Department with some of the following duties:

• Generate and manage Requests for Quotes (RFQs) to vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bill of material requirements.

• Analyze vendor quotations for pricing, lead times, terms, and sustainability standards.

• Negotiate with vendors to secure the best prices, delivery schedules, and terms.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Construction, and Finance teams to keep projects on track.

• Track purchase orders and deliveries, proactively resolving any issues with vendors.

• Maintain and update vendor databases, including performance scores and certifications.

• Contribute to procurement improvement projects and innovative process development.

• Support project closeout by collecting test reports, warranties, and manuals from vendors.

• Participate in audits and help develop standard procedures for the team.

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or similar field

  • Strong preference for juniors or seniors
