Your Role: Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing initiatives of GridIntel, an Ampirical affiliate company, by contributing to content development, social media management, campaign execution, CRM maintenance, account‑based marketing efforts, and event coordination. This role is ideal for a creative and organized individual who is eager to build full-spectrum marketing experience across digital content, videography/photography, demand generation, ABM targeting, and brand execution. Working closely with the Growth Team, the Marketing Coordinator will help communicate the value of GridIntel’s software solutions to key accounts, develop targeted outreach materials, and support strategic engagement aligned with ABM and lead-generation goals.
What You’ll Do:
Content Creation, Social Media & Digital Marketing
Create engaging digital content (videos, graphics, photography, written posts) for social media, ABM campaigns, email marketing, and website.
Draft, schedule, and publish social content aligned with product messaging and ABM priorities across platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube.
Maintain a social media content calendar supporting thought leadership, product storytelling, and event presence.
Capture and edit video/photography for marketing channels and ABM outreach.
Monitor and report on social media performance to improve engagement and content effectiveness.
CRM, Email Marketing & Data Management
Maintain marketing lists, segmentation, and workflows in the CRM (HubSpot or similar).
Support execution and reporting of email campaigns, including ABM sequences and nurture journeys.
Track campaign metrics and assist in preparing dashboards that support ABM and lead-quality insights.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Lead Generation Support
Support execution of targeted ABM initiatives through personalized content and multi-channel outreach.
Partner with Business Development to create account-specific materials such as one-pagers, decks, and case studies.
Track account engagement in the CRM and support reporting on ABM performance.
Contribute to nurture content, social targeting recommendations, and other ABM-supporting campaigns designed to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates through more qualified targeting and messaging alignment.
Website Support
Assist with website updates, SEO/AEO, and content refreshes for product and industry pages.
Event Marketing Strategy Support
Support the development of marketing strategies for trade shows, conferences, and other industry events, focusing on audience targeting, messaging, and pre/post‑event campaigns.
Assist in creating event-related marketing assets such as social content, email campaigns, landing pages, and product materials aligned with ABM priorities.
Help track and report on event-driven marketing performance to support lead-generation and strategic planning.
What You Bring
1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Canva for graphic design and basic video editing
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content best practices (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot (preferred).
Comfort with website content management systems and basic SEO/AEO principles.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas.
