💰 Hourly Range: $29/hour - $39/hour (dependent on experience, education, and qualifications)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who is passionate about empowering others through education and driving a culture of continuous learning. In this role, you’ll design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support employee growth, enhance performance, and strengthen our organizational capabilities.

What You’ll Do
- Assess organizational and role-specific training needs through surveys, interviews, and stakeholder collaboration
- Design and develop engaging learning materials, workshops, and e-learning courses
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions
- Apply evaluation models (Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI) to measure training impact
- Leverage LMS platforms, authoring tools, and learning technologies to enhance delivery and engagement
- Support onboarding training for new hires and newly promoted supervisors
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align L&D initiatives with broader business goals
- Track and report on learning progress, outcomes, and ROI
- Curate external learning content to supplement internal programs
- Contribute to culture, DEI, and leadership development initiatives
- Identify opportunities to streamline training coordination and improve learner experiences
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related area (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
- Certifications: PHR and/or SHRM-CP preferred
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or a related field
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and Microsoft Office
- Additional Skills:
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze training data and measure learning effectiveness
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
- Creative problem-solving and adaptability
- Attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement
