💰 Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000 (dependent on experience, education, and qualifications)

What You’ll Do
- This includes scheduling maintenance and repairs, managing vehicle lifecycles (acquisition to disposal), and ensuring optimal vehicle performance
- Fleet managers are responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and company policies
- Managing fuel consumption, negotiating with suppliers, and implementing cost-saving measures are crucial aspects of this role
- Fleet managers ensure the fleet adheres to all relevant regulations, including licensing, insurance, and environmental standards
- Fleet managers analyze data related to vehicle performance, driver behavior, and costs to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions
- Implementing and overseeing safety protocols, conducting training, and promoting a safety-conscious culture are essential
- Developing long-term strategies for fleet expansion, replacement, and optimization
- Travel up to 10% of the time
- In essence, a fleet manager is a logistics expert who ensures the efficient and safe movement of people and goods, while also optimizing costs and ensuring compliance
What You Bring
🎓 Education: Bachelors degree preferred (but not required)
📊 Experience: 5+ years of experience in fleet management
- Familiarity with applicable regulations, insurance requirements, and other applicable compliance functions including DOT requirements
💡 Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights in a clear and impactful manner
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Initiative-taking, self-motivated, and detail-oriented personality type.
